Feeling absolutely honoured to have been awarded wcma Producer of the Year at @breakoutwest alongside my dear friend and collaborator @liammoes From the road touring with @xanaofficial_ he calls me cheersing a hearty “Congratulations” and I just stand there on the call stunned slowly piecing it together!
Very grateful these past few days. A big thanks to everyone I’ve been able to work with that have helped me grow. Gonna keep working hard and making the best feelings noises I can make. ❤️
Thinking of that 11 year old wee producer with a copy of Reason 4 grinning like a goof right now.

The melodica is a handheld free-reed instrument similar to a pump organ or harmonica. It features a musical keyboard on top, and is played by blowing air through a mouthpiece that fits into a hole in the side of the instrument. The keyboard usually covers two or three octaves. Melodicas are small, lightweight, and portable, and many are designed for children to play. They are popular in music education programs, especially in Asia. The modern form of the instrument was invented by Hohner in the late 1950s, though similar instruments have been known in Italy since the 19th century. - Wikipedia

A moment of appreciation for the legendary @hipposonic loading bay, tucked just under the new @oxpeckersound
We’ve sung, screamed, drummed, and performed in this big, beautiful space. It is a playground for our noise that makes me smile every time I walk through it; reminiscing on silly behaviours that resulted in music that truly feels like we made it our own.
Have you played in the bay? 🥁
